Family Dinners are the perfect way for first-time guests or long-time attendees to meet new people and develop authentic connections at Russell Baptist Church.
Dinner will be held in the Fellowship Hall from 5-6pm.

If you’re 55+ join us for our monthly senior adult fellowship in our Fellowship Hall every 4th Thursday of the month at 6pm.
We love that we can offer Upwards Sports at Russell Baptist Church. Our Upward Soccer program is available for Pre-K4 through 12th grade. We’ll host games every Friday beginning March 23rd. One practice night per week, either on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday, 6-8pm.
Evaluations will be held on February 13th, 15th, 20th and 22nd from 5p-7p at Russell Baptist Church. Cost per player is $85. To register click here

We’re so excited to be hosting Gaby Crook as she leads our Summer Soccer Camp on June 10th-13th everyday from 9am-11:30am. Gaby has been playing soccer since she was 10 years old in Honduras and played for the Utah Royals D.A.. Gaby will help your child learn the fundamentals of soccer, ending in a game each day! If you have a child that is K5-6th grade and is interested in learning more about soccer, be sure to register them for this fantastic soccer camp!

For Kids ages Pre-K4 thru 6th Grade
Every day, our kids are bombarded with questions: Did God really create everything? Why do bad things happen? Was Noah’s ark real? Why do I need to be saved? Can I trust the Bible? At this VBS, your kids will explore the biblical answers to these questions as they set off on an epic adventure from Genesis to Revelation. Amid sloths, butterflies, river dolphins, and dart frogs, your children will sail along a fun jungle cruise, stopping at seven ports of call. These ports are the 7 C’s of History: Creation, Corruption, Catastrophe, Confusion, Christ, Cross, and Consummation. Kids will discover how these events shape our world, and they will learn to reconnect the Bible to their everyday life. Prepare to swing into fun as we head out on The Great Jungle Journey!

We are engaged in an epic battle for the hearts and minds of our youth. Every day, they are bombarded with lies about who they are, who their Creator is, and where their salvation comes from. Thankfully, God has given his children armor to wear in this battle between truth and lies, light and darkness, good and evil.
Kids at RBC'S VBS will learn how they can be part of God’s kingdom through salvation in his Son and will be equipped with the armor of God to become Keepers of the Kingdom who stand strong in today’s battle for truth. For kids ages 3yrs-6th grade, VBS will be held every night on 6/19-6/22 from 6p to 8p.

Join us on Sunday, March 12th following our service for Family Day! We’ll provide pulled pork, buns, and drinks! Just bring a side and/or a dessert. We’ll have a time to eat and fellowship and then head out to the ball field for kickball, outdoor activities, and FREE popsicles for kids and adults alike! We’ll have sign-ups in the back of the auditorium for kickball. The winning team will win prizes and bragging rights as the 2023 Family Day Kickball Champions! We hope you can join us!
Russell Students (7th-12th grade) are going to Word of Life Pursuit Camp February 10-12! Pursuit Camp is a 44 hour winter retreat with program games, activities, music, Bible teaching, and more!
We're looking forward to celebrating Jesus during our special Christmas day service. We'll have one combined family service at 2pm, giving you and your family time to spend together and worship the true meaning of Christmas. Childcare will not be provided, but children are more than welcome! We can't wait to see you!

Join us for our Awana Grand Prix for kids 4yrs-4th grade. Our Awana Grand Prix is a pinewood car derby race where the kids will build cars for racing and creativity. We will use a digitally operated track for the race times. You can use any approved pinewood derby car and cars are available for purchase in the children’s building.
The kids will be racing according to their Awana club group And then we’re going to have an overall grand champion! Come early to get your car entered because the ceremony starts right at 10:30am. Hotdogs will be provided following.
We’ll be hosting the event in the gym right here at Russell Baptist.
We’re having two build Nights for our upcoming Awana Grand Prix! We’ll meet on Thursday, August 18th & Friday, August 19th from 5p-8p to help our Awana’s students build their pinewood cars.
We’re looking for both adult volunteers and tools to help on these nights. Tools needed include:

Join us for our end of season Upward Basketball Celebration! We’ll be hosting Robyn Slain, a world renowned basketball handler and one of only 3 women in the U.S. who can spin 10 basketballs at the same time. On Sunday, February 13th at 6pm, bring your favorite chili to be entered into the cook-off and stay for the big game. We'll be giving away prizes for the Top 3 chilis! Judging will be from 6:00pm-6:30pm. Drinks, sides, and desserts will be provided and the big game will be projected in the Fellowship Hall!
Want to learn practical self defense skills from a trained martial arts instructor? Sign-up for our upcoming 10 week course, Wednesday nights from 8:15pm-9:15pm, beginning February 9th, 2022.
This course is available for the Russell Baptist family from 7th grade through adults. Basic physical fitness is required. Spots are limited and are available at the discretion of the instructors.

Russell Students (7th-12th grade) is heading to Pursuit Camp on Friday, February 4th-6th. Cost is $100 per student. Spots are limited and registration will close on Wednesday, January 26th.
Students are to arrive at the Russell Baptist student building before 2:30pm on February 4th to load luggage and check-in. Please no large suitcases. Backpacks and soft-sided duffle bags are ideal.

We’re looking for Serve Team volunteers for our first ever movie night that will be held on December 10th from 5:30P-8:00P. This will be an easy-going family event and so our volunteer needs and responsibilities will be fairly minimal. We’ll need a few people to help manage the hot chocolate, cookie, and popcorn station while you sit back and watch the movie and a couple of people for set-up and clean-up.
